Ramnathkar Realty is more than just a construction and development company—it is the outcome of over two decades of real, on-the-ground experience across multiple trades. Founded by Mr. Motiram Krishna Ramnathkar, the company was built on the values of hard work, reliability, and personal commitment to every project.
Our journey began long before the company was officially formed. Mr. Ramnathkar started his career working hands-on as a labourer with civil contractors, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and fine artists. From there, he steadily grew his skills, handling everything from spray painting and signage work to fabrication supervision and number plate stickering. His work took him across various industries—from automotive to real estate, and from workshop operations to North India store maintenance.
This rich and diverse experience is what sets Ramnathkar Realty apart. We understand not just the technical aspects of building, but also the importance of precision, discipline, and timely delivery.
While Mr. Ramnathkar worked with reputed firms like Primos Builders, Bhomkar Builders, Urban Decor, Alma Motors, and even VS Dempo Holdings, he always nurtured the dream of becoming a developer himself. That dream is now a reality.

Mr Motiram Ramnathkar
Founder
Ramnathkar Realty was born from the life experiences of Mr. Motiram Krishna Ramnathkar—a man who worked his way up from the ground level of multiple trades to fulfill his dream of becoming a developer.
Raised in a humble home in Veling, Mardol, Ponda Goa, Motiram’s early life was marked by challenges. After the loss of his mother in 1991 and the burden of supporting a large family, he stepped into the world of work with courage and determination. Over the years, he worked as a helper in various trades—civil, plumbing, painting, fabrication, electricals, signage, and fine art—learning every skill hands-on.
From 1997 onward, he took up contractor roles with leading companies like Primos Builders, Bhomkar Builders, Urban Decor, Alma Motors, and more. His dream to understand the workings of a large real estate company led him to join VS Dempo Holdings—not to climb corporate ladders but to observe, learn, and apply his knowledge in his own venture.
Today, supported by the unwavering strength of his wife and the foundational values of honesty and hard work, Ramnathkar Realty is dedicated to offering reliable, transparent, and quality construction and development services to clients across Goa.
Arch Mahesh Naik
Architect
Arch. Mahesh Naik after graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture degree from Goa University in 1992. Worked with former Dean of School of Planning and Architecture Delhi, Renowned Architect Bruno Dias Souza. In 1995 he estabilished his own firm Mahesh Naik Architects, since then he has been building his own practice focusing on design of commercial, residential, hotels, institutional and interior projects. The firm is commited to designing innovative building that are socially, economically & enviornmentally responsible. Every project is approached with enthusiasm, commitment and integrity which benifits from extensive planning as well as acute attention to details.
Mahesh Naik started his independent operations as architectural consultant in 1995 at Nizari Bhavan, Panjim. His services as a professional cover up different fields in the construction industry such as architectural, structural, engineering and allied services in residential, commercial, offices and industrial projects. He has developed long-term relationship with reputed clients which further focuses his stand on effective and value added service.
